Individual Therapy (ages 13+)
Online or in-person, this session will be spent one-on-one addressing your needs and creating a personalized treatment and care plan to reach your personal goals. The direction and speed of treatment is all in your control. Most individual appointments are weekly but can be every other week or in cases with more intense needs we can meet more often.

Couples Therapy
Online or in-person, this session will look at relationship communication styles, how to work with your attachments styles, family of origin issues, and any other issues brought to session such as betrayals, life transitions, etc.

Family Therapy
Online or in-person, this session will look at family relationships and dynamics, generational patterns, fractured bonds, and much more. Then together we will work on creating healthier and happier relationships for everyone in the family. Sessions may include parent/child, siblings, or the whole family or any part of a family. It’s all up to you!

Individual Child Therapy
Online or in-person, this session will be with the child meeting with the therapist mostly one-on-one with the parent attending occasionally or at the beginning or end of the sessions to stay in the loop and be a part of treatment. Together we will create a treatment plan based on parents and child’s input of what their personal goals are in therapy.

Letters of Readiness for Gender Affirmation Surgery
Online or in-person, I write letters supporting all gender affirming surgeries if you are over the age of 18 and in need of a letter from a Licensed Mental Health Professional.

ESA Letters/Forms
Online or in-person, I write letters for ESAs (emotional support animals). I provide an evaluation of mental health to determine eligibility (diagnosis) and then I will complete the paperwork requested and/or provide a written ESA letter.
